The +12C Pro app (herein, “APP”) is designed by nk Linear LLC, a limited liability company organized in the state of Florida, United States of America, and provides an “as is” service (herein, “SERVICE”).
This Privacy Policy (herein, "PRIVACY POLICY") is to inform all that use the SERVICE or download the APP; whether for free, paid, promotional, or on a trial basis (collectively and herein, “USERS”) about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of PERSONAL INFORMATION .

Log Data
Whenever you use our SERVICE, and in the case of an APP error, we collect data and information through THIRD PARTIES on your phone (herein, “LOG DATA”). This LOG DATA may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the APP while utilizing our SERVICE, the time and date of your use of the SERVICE, and other statistics. LOG DATA is also PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Childrenʼs Privacy
Our SERVICES and APP are not developed, intended, provided; or anticipated for use, purchase, or download; in any way, by anyone under the age of 13 (CHILD), without the prior consent and usage supervision by a CHILDʼs legally responsible parent or guardian (“RESPONSIBLE PARTY”).
We do not knowingly collect the PERSONAL INFORMATION of a CHILD. The CHILDʼs RESPONSIBLE PARTY must inform nk Linear LLC should their CHILD provide PERSONAL INFORMATION without the consent of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY. nk Linear will make all reasonable attempts to remove any PERSONAL INFORMATION provided by a CHILD, and retained by nk LInear, provided nk Linear is formally noticed by the CHILDʼs RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
